Steven Hao

Steven Hao is a finance associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm's Finance Department.

Steven received his JD from Columbia Law School.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Steven was a summer associate in the Los Angeles office. He also previously served as a judicial extern for Vice Chancellor Joseph R. Slights III of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
