Sue Yeon Kim

Sue Kim is an associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Kim represents growth equity firms and private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in connection with investments, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Kim was a corporate associate at a Boston-based law firm.

While in law school, Ms. Kim worked as a legal intern at a biotech company and an IoT company.
