Tiffany maintains an active pro bono practice, including providing real estate work for a nonprofit relating to agreements for use of space and in property transfers to help shelters gain more anonymity. Before law school, Tiffany served as an AmeriCorps volunteer for a Los Angeles nonprofit.

  • A company on selling three hotels for US$1 billion

  • Deutsche Bank on:
    • Mortgage financing secured by the Four Seasons Hotel in Oahu, Hawaii, for renovation and conversion from a JW Marriott
    • A US$340 million financing of a New York retail property
    • A US$250 million term loan facility for Bayside Marketplace, an outdoor shopping mall in Miami, Florida
  • DigitalBridge Group on a US$95 million construction financing of a hotel the Gaslamp Hotel in San Diego, California
  • A company in connection with the financing of over 450 assets throughout the United States
