Todd Gleason is an experienced corporate attorney who advises strategic buyers and sellers and private equity and growth equity firms in connection with mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities, governance matters, and other strategic corporate and commercial transactions.

Todd advises companies throughout all stages of the business cycle, including emerging and developing companies, established private middle-market companies, and publicly held companies. He frequently serves clients with respect to:

  • Recapitalizations and reorganizations
  • Carve-outs
  • Capital and asset-based investments
  • Financing transactions
  • Board counsel governance and strategic advice

Todd is a member of the American Bar Association, Boston Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Bar Association. He also serves as a committee member of the board of the National Association of Corporate Directors (New England).
