Tony Noh is an associate in the Orange County office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm's Finance Department.

Tony represents public and private borrowers, private equity sponsors, financial institutions, and alternative lenders in complex financing transactions, including:

  • Acquisition financings
  • Asset-based financings
  • Cross-border transactions
  • Recurring revenue-based financings
  • Royalty sales and revenue participation transactions
  • Working capital financings

Tony also regularly advises clients in a broad array of industries, such as technology, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, entertainment, and retail.

Tony received his JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where he served as an executive editor on the Northwestern Journal of International Law & Business. In law school, he also served as an extern at the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
