Tyler Davis is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Finance Department.

Tyler represents public and private borrowers, financial institutions, and alternative lenders in secured and unsecured debt transactions with an emphasis on the technology, life sciences, and healthcare industries.

 He advises clients in a wide range of transactions, including:

  • Direct lending and other growth debt financings
  • Acquisition financings
  • Cash flow and asset-based credit facilities
  • Revolving credit facilities
  • Term loan facilities
  • Bridge loan financings

Before joining Latham, Tyler served as law clerk to Judge William J. Lafferty III in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of California. He received his JD from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he was the senior production editor for the Hastings Law Journal.
