Tyler Halloran is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins in the Litigation & Trial Department.
Tyler represents institutional and individual clients in white collar investigations, complex commercial litigation, and class action securities matters. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, primarily involving federal housing discrimination litigation.
Prior to joining Latham, Tyler served as a law clerk to Judge K. Michael Moore of the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida. In that role, he worked on civil and criminal cases from their inception through trial.
Before law school, Tyler worked as a forensic accountant at FTI Consulting and earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the Villanova School of Business.
