Tyler Arnfelt is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins. 

Tyler advises venture capital investors, public companies, and private equity firms and their portfolio companies in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts, “take-private” transactions, divestitures, venture capital and other growth-based investments, recapitalizations, and restructurings, as well as in related corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining Latham, Tyler was a corporate associate at a leading international law firm.
