Ursula H. Hyman retired from the partnership in November 2013. Ursula led the firm’s Public and Tax-Exempt Financing Practice and served on the firm's Pro Bono Committee, Diversity Committee and was the firm’s global Chair of the Mentoring Committee.

Ursula represented a variety of entities in their various roles in financings and restructurings, including:

  • Tax-exempt organizations (including colleges, universities, hospitals, museums, research institutions and cultural organizations, schools and other entities)
  • Real estate developers
  • Issuers
  • Underwriters
  • Banks
  • Bond insurers
  • Land owner associations

She also participated in governmental discussions on behalf of her clients and closely monitors local, state and federal legislative developments.
