• Service-Telecom, a telecommunication towers management company, on acquisition of VEON’s telecommunication towers portfolio in Russia for US$970 million*
• A major Russian investment group and Lenta, one of the largest multi-format retail chains in Russia, on acquisition of Billa Russia retail business from REWE for €225 million*
• Sberbank on the split up of its joint ventures with Yandex group, resulting in acquisition by Sberbank of full control over Yandex.Money (now YooMoney) and the transfer of full control over Yandex.Market to Yandex*
• Sberbank on acquisition of a majority stake in goods.ru (now SberMegaMarket.ru), a major Russian marketplace, through cash in and cash out amounting in total RUB35 billion (approximately US$500 million) and forming a joint venture with M.video, the largest Russian consumer electronic retail chain, and the founder of goods.ru*
• Sberbank on acquisition of a stake in eApteka, a pharmaceuticals e-commerce group, through cash in, and forming a joint venture with R-Pharm, a pharmaceuticals company, and the founder of eApteka*
• A consortium of investors on the acquisition of Linxdatacentre, a data center company*
• Senior lenders in relation to construction and operation of a toll road in Moscow Region*
