Will Martin

Will Martin is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins.

Will represents financial institutions and corporate borrowers in a variety of financing matters, including secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings and recapitalizations, and cash-flow and asset-based lending facilities. Will also has experience in restructuring and workout transactions.

Will advises clients, including institutional lenders, institutional investors, large-cap companies, and emerging companies, on transactions in a broad range of industries, including retail, manufacturing, healthcare, and technology.

Prior to joining Latham, Will was a finance associate at another international law firm.
