Will advises private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, and other clients in a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, minority and preferred equity investments, joint ventures, and general corporate matters.

Will's experience includes advising:

  • GridHawk, a private equity-backed provider of damage prevention services for critical utility infrastructure in connection with a preferred equity investment by MidOcean Partners*
  • Centre Partners in connection with its acquisition of Quick Roofing, a leading residential and commercial roofing service provider, and several add-on acquisitions*
  • OpenRoad Collision, an auto body collision repair platform backed by Trivest Partners and LP First Capital, in connection with several add-on acquisitions and various corporate governance matters*
  • 3 Rivers Capital in connection with its sale of portfolio company Amazing Care Home Health Services to Denver-based Bow River Capital*
  • A San Antonio-based family office in an audit of its internal equity grants and corporate governance*
