Yanyan Zhou is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm ’ s Corporate Department.

She advises clients on corporate and regulatory healthcare matters, including issues impacting investor owned and nonprofit healthcare providers. Yanyan has represented various health care providers on matters relating to reimbursement, licensing and certification, and compliance.

Yanyan received her JD from University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class. While in law school, Yanyan served on the board of Phi Delta Phi, a legal fraternity.

Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Yanyan was an associate at another leading law firm.

  • Consonance Capital Partners in its taxable spin-off of Turn-Key Health, a leading community-based palliative care company serving patients in the home, to CareCentrix
  • BlueSprig Pediatrics in its acquisition of Florida Autism Center, a provider of applied behavior analysis treatment services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • KKR in the acquisition by its subsidiary PharMerica of BrightSpring Health Services, a provider of diversified home and community-based health services to complex populations
  • Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA) in connection with its joint venture with Mayo Clinic to operate Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City, a UAE-based hospital to provide specialty care across a range of clinical practices
