Yesenia Judith Barberena is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Barberena represents institutional lenders, corporate borrowers, and equity sponsors in financing transactions.

Ms. Barberena’s experience includes representation of clients in connection with a wide range of financing transactions, including secured credit facilities, acquisition financing, and asset-based and working capital financing.

During law school, Ms. Barberena was a writing fellow, and a member of the George Washington International Law Review.
