• Digital Bridge in its acquisition of a controlling interest in Centratama Telekomunikasi, a listed Indonesian telco tower company, from Northstar Group and other shareholders*
• Digital Bridge in its acquisition of about 4,200 telecommunication towers in Indonesia, from PT Indosat Tbk (Indosat Ooredoo) for approximately US$750 million*
• Ant Financial in its sale of a minority stake in M-DAQ Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based fintech company, to Affinity Equity Partners*
• Temasek in various transactions involving Gojek and Tokopedia, including Temasek’s Series I investment in Tokopedia, the merger between Gojek and Tokopedia to form GoTo Group and Temasek’s investment in the pre-IPO funding round of GoTo Group*
• Global Power Synergy Public Company Limited in its acquisition of a 25% interest in the 595MW Changfang and Xidao offshore wind projects in Taiwan from Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners for approximately US$500 million*
• Verlinvest S.A. in various transactions involving its A-Star education platform in Singapore, including the restructuring of the education platform and subsequent sale of its majority stake in the European International School Ho Chi Minh City, an international school business operating in Vietnam, to Inspired Education Group*
