Yoojin DeNiro is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Executive Compensation, Employment & Benefits Practice, focusing on labor and employment law.  

Yoojin advises clients on a broad range of labor and employment matters, including the employment aspect of M&A transactions, executive employment and severance agreements, enforceability of noncompetes and other restrictive covenant agreements, hiring/onboarding, employee discipline and termination, layoffs, classification, wage and hour compliance, and leaves of absence and other employee policies and handbooks.

Yoojin currently serves as the Labor & Employment Committee co-chair of the Asian American Bar Association of New York (AABANY).  She also serves on the board of the Korean American Lawyers Association of Greater New York (KALAGNY).  

Prior to joining Latham, she worked as in-house counsel of a global media company as well as an associate of a global law firm.
