Yoon Lee is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Yoon advises various financial institutions, sponsors, and developers in connection with the development and financing of oil and gas, renewable energy, and other infrastructure projects.
Before joining Latham, Yoon worked as a marketing and business development manager at Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co., Ltd (now known as Hanwha Ocean), negotiating various large-scale EPC contracts. While at Macquarie Capital Seoul, he helped the firm establish a portfolio of offshore windfarm investments in South Korea.
Yoon maintains an active pro bono practice, most recently representing older adults in the LGBTQ community seeking assistance with advance directives in partnership with New York Legal Assistance Group Advance Directives Clinic.
