Zack Dawson

Zack Dawson is an associate in the Silicon Valley office of Latham & Watkins.

Zack represents public and private companies in various corporate transactions, including:

• Venture capital financings
• Securities offerings, such as initial public offerings (IPOs)
• Mergers and acquisitions
• General corporate representation

While in law school, Zack served as the managing editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law and worked as a clinical student in Penn Law’s Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic.
