Latham advises Coatue Management in its investment in Alan

Alan, the leading independent digital health insurance provider in France, has announced the closing of a €185 million Series D investment round led by Coatue Management, a US technology focused investment company, alongside Dragoneer and Exor, and existing investors Index Ventures, Ribbit Capital and Temasek.

Latham advises Coatue Management in the transaction with a corporate team led by Paris partner Pierre-Louis Cléro and partner Benjamin Potter, with Xavier Nassoy and Lucile Bernet.
