Latham advised Shandong Ruyi and European TopSoho on an innovative and complex cross-border transaction that was awarded Asian Equity-Linked Deal of the Year by GlobalCapital.

Latham advised Shandong Ruyi and European TopSoho on an innovative and complex cross-border transaction consisting of an accelerated book building, two issuances of exchangeable bonds and a concurrent repurchase involving English, French, U.S. and Hong Kong legal advice, that was awarded Asian Equity-Linked Deal of the Year by GlobalCapital.
