Experienced Acquisition Finance Partner to Join Latham & Watkins in Hong Kong

Andrew Bishop will bring extensive experience to the leveraged finance team in Hong Kong; his arrival will help drive Latham’s market-leading private equity practice further forward across Asia.

Latham & Watkins LLP1 is pleased to announce that Andrew Bishop will join the firm’s Hong Kong office as a partner in the Private Equity Finance Practice. He advises private equity funds, venture funds, credit funds, and other institutional and strategic investors on a wide range of complex financings, including leveraged acquisition finance, take-private and real estate finance, debt buybacks, bank/bond transactions, bridge finance, margin loans and back-leverage financings, as well as subscription and capital call financings. 

Bishop draws from deep experience in financing to advise on high-value, cross-border leveraged and acquisition finance mandates throughout the Asia-Pacific market. He also advises on complex refinancing and recapitalization matters.
