Latham Advises on Sale and Reinvestment in The Access Group

Latham & Watkins has advised the selling shareholders, including TA Associates, a global growth private equity firm, and HG Capital, a leading software and services investor, in connection with the sale of The Access Group, a leading provider of business management software. As part of the transaction, HG Capital and TA Associates will reinvest in The Access Group to drive continued expansion.

The transaction, which is subject to customary regulatory approvals, is expected to close in the second half of 2022.
