Richard Trobman serves as the Chair and Managing Partner of Latham & Watkins and a member of its Executive Committee. His practice includes representing investment banking firms, private equity firms, and companies in public and private offerings of securities, restructurings, bridge loans, and merger and acquisition transactions, with a particular emphasis on issuances of debt securities and leveraged transactions.
