Clarissa Lu is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm's Litigation & Trial Department.

Prior to attending law school, Clarissa worked as an auditor at Ernst & Young, LLP in San Francisco.

  • Postmates in obtaining antitrust clearance for the US$2.65 billion acquisition by Uber
  • United Microelectronics Corporation in response to a government indictment for trade secret theft and economic espionage, culminating in a plea agreement for a lesser count and a reduced fine
  • A Big Four accounting firm in connection with civil litigation arising from the receivership of Direct Lending Investments
  • A healthcare technology company in connection with internal investigation relating to accounting irregularities
