Cora Grannemann, a counsel in the Finance Department of Latham & Watkins' Frankfurt office, advises German and international clients on national and cross-border transactions, including leveraged buyouts, strategic acquisition, financial restructurings, and corporate lending within German and English law, helping clients to successfully address all aspects of their financing needs. She focuses on forward-looking leveraged buyouts and corporate finance transactions featuring complex and innovative structures, including bank/bond and covenant-lite.

Cora also lectures on "Introduction to English Law" at the Goethe University in Frankfurt.
