Corynn Wilson represents clients in private mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, with a particular focus on the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Ms. Wilson’s experience includes advising leading energy companies and private equity funds and their portfolio companies on strategic transactions involving oil and gas, midstream infrastructure, water, and renewables and transition energy.

She regularly advises clients on reorganizations, joint ventures, complex commercial agreements, and upstream asset acquisitions and divestitures.

Ms. Wilson maintains an active pro bono practice, including advising on estate planning and research-related matters pertaining to the work of Texas Appleseed.

While attending law school, Ms. Wilson served as senior articles editor of the Houston Law Review, was a teaching assistant for statutory regulation and interpretation, and was a research assistant to Professor Emily Berman.
