David Rowe represents companies and individuals in high-stakes litigation, as well as white collar defense and government investigations.
David represents organizations and individuals across a range of industries — including healthcare, life sciences, and technology — that face criminal and civil investigation by state and federal authorities. He also regularly defends companies in high-stakes commercial litigation, including matters involving the False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback Statute.
As a versatile litigator, he helps clients frame a broad range of complex issues to advance effective legal strategies and craft compelling written advocacy to achieve favorable outcomes.
David maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in veterans affairs, asylum, and juvenile resentencing matters.
David previously clerked for Judge William F. Kuntz, II in the Eastern District of New York and worked in the litigation department of another firm in New York. While in law school, he served as managing editor of the Pepperdine Law Review, interned in the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Enforcement Division in Los Angeles, and worked as a research assistant to then-deans Kenneth Starr and Judge Deanell Tacha.
