Jason Hyatt is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.
Jason advises corporate issuers and investment banks on a broad range of international capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings and other public and private offerings of debt and equity securities.
Jason also advises domestic and foreign private issuer clients across various industries on their public reporting obligations, corporate governance matters, general corporate law matters, and other issues related to public company status; including compliance with Exchange Act disclosure requirements, New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq corporate governance rules, proxy rules, insider trading restrictions, the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, and related regulations.
Prior to joining Latham, Jason practiced law in the New York office of two other leading international law firms. Jason also spent time on secondment to the New York office of BNP Paribas.
Jason serves on the Alumni Board of Emory University School of Law.
