Lauren E. Paull is counsel in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins. She is a member of the firm’s Environment, Land & Resources Practice.

Lauren focuses her practice on land use, environmental, and real estate development matters. She assists land owners and developers through all stages of the entitlement and development process, providing counsel to clients on local planning and zoning regulations as well as approvals and related environmental matters. Lauren has experience working on large, complex development projects that incorporate legal, political, community, and public relations issues with each project typically taking multiple years to complete.

Lauren advises clients on matters involving the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the California Coastal Act, the Subdivision Map Act, as well as local planning, zoning, and historic preservation laws. Lauren is a registered lobbyist with Los Angeles City, Los Angeles County, and Santa Monica.

Lauren is an active participant in the firm's pro bono program, working with Wayfinder Family Services on land use issues for Wayfinder Family Services' Camp Bloomfield. She previously served on the board of CicLAvia, a non-profit organization whose mission is to catalyze vibrant public spaces, active transportation, and good health through car-free streets.
