Mike King, a partner in the Houston office, represents oil and gas companies and private equity sponsors in upstream and midstream transactional matters. His midstream practice includes matters relating to midstream joint ventures, gathering and transportation agreements, processing agreements, as well as water sourcing and disposal agreements.
