Molly Barron is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Litigation & Trial Department. Molly’s practice focuses primarily on complex commercial litigation and government investigations, with an emphasis on antitrust and competition. She has represented clients in matters before the US Department of Justice and at all stages of civil litigation in state and federal courts around the country. Molly also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing clients in federal civil rights litigation and immigration matters.
Prior to joining Latham, Molly served as a law clerk for the Honorable J. Frederick Motz of the US District Court for the District of Maryland. Molly earned her JD from The University of Texas School of Law, where she served as chief articles editor of the Texas Law Review.
