Shawn Noh is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Shawn represents issuers, funds, banks and other financial institutions in a variety of corporate and finance transactions with a focus on equity derivatives. He has experience with convertible and exchangeable note issuances and related hedging overlays, equity options, swaps, structured repurchase transactions, equity forward issuances and other hedging and monetization transactions and margin loans secured by positions in public companies.
He advises clients on a variety of transactions within the financial, real estate, pharmaceutical, entertainment, utilities, and technology industries, among others.
Shawn maintains an active pro bono practice, representing domestic abuse survivors, children, and victims of interfamilial and gender-based violence in immigration proceedings.
Prior to joining the firm full-time, Shawn was a summer associate in the New York office. He previously worked as an intern at the New York State Office of the Attorney General in the Investor Protection Bureau.
