Susanna Dittrich Ingunza is an associate in the Brussels office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Global Antitrust & Competition Practice.
Susanna advises clients on all aspects of EU and Spanish competition law and represents them before the European Commission and the Spanish competition authority (CNMC) with a particular focus on merger control, abuse of dominance, anticompetitive agreements, and State Aid. She also advises clients on EU regulatory matters.
Her experience covers several industry sectors including technology, transports, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, and energy sectors.
Prior to joining Latham, Susanna worked at the Spanish office of another leading international law firm and at the Permanent Mission of Spain to UNESCO in Paris. She also worked as a trainee at the Directorate General for Competition at the European Commission, where she focused on antitrust issues in the financial sector.
