Zach Lippman is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Lippman represents private equity funds, private equity portfolio companies, and other public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, controlling and minority investments, internal reorganizations, and other corporate matters.

Mr. Lippman maintains an active pro bono practice, including working with the Legal Counsel for the Elderly to draft powers of attorney and wills for low-income seniors. He also volunteers at the D.C. Bar Small Business Clinic, where he advises local businesses on their corporate legal issues.

Mr. Lippman attended the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served on the editorial board of the Virginia Law & Business Review and worked in the Economic and Consumer Justice Clinic.
