International Senior Lawyers Project recognizes Latham.

International Senior Lawyers Project (ISLP) recently recognized Latham for its pro bono contributions with a Pro Bono Law Firm Award. Latham has provided pro bono support to ISLP clients — including governments, civil society actors, and social enterprises in developing countries — for over two decades.

Since its founding in 2001, ISLP has donated free legal services with a focus on accountability and transparency/anti-bribery and anti-corruption, community-inclusive development, investment and trade, media law and freedom of expression, natural resource management, social enterprises and innovative finance, and tax. ISLP lawyers and pro bono partners seek opportunities to foster inclusive, accountable, and sustainable development, and to promote proactive, positive, and scalable solutions to myriad challenges.

“Few organizations have the tremendous reach and effect of ISLP. I speak for the many lawyers at Latham who have worked with ISLP over the years when I say how thrilled we are to be recognized for our pro bono contributions, and how proud we are of our ongoing collaboration in support of ISLP’s vital mission,” said partner Christopher Cross, who sits on ISLP’s board and accepted the award on the firm’s behalf along with partner Clement Fondufe and associate Carlos Ardila.
