Latham & Watkins Advises Capstreet in its Acquisition of PlanetBids

Members of the firm’s private equity team advise the Houston-based private equity firm in the transaction.

Capstreet, a Houston-based lower middle market private equity firm, announced that it has acquired PlanetBids, a provider of eProcurement software as a service (SaaS) solutions.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Capstreet in the transaction with a deal team led by Houston partner Bruce Herzog and Bay Area partner Navneeta Rekhi, with associates Sarah Loiselle and Olivia Pettingill.
