Latham Launches Second Edition of Taking Security in Africa Guide

Latham & Watkins is pleased to announce the publication of the second edition of Taking Security in Africa, a comprehensive guide to help investors navigate the complex laws and legal systems governing some of Africa’s most active jurisdictions for foreign investment. 

Authored in conjunction with local law firms, the guide summarizes a number of key considerations associated with inward investment in Egypt, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Mauritius, Nigeria, South Africa, and Uganda. Topics include:
