Latham & Watkins Advises on US$10 Million Series A Funding Round for Zing Coach

Zing Coach, the Palta-backed health tech startup working to reduce growing rates of physical inactivity with its AI-powered fitness app, has announced that it has raised a Series A funding round in equity and debt financing totaling US$10 million led by Zubr Capital and Triple Point Capital. The capital will enable Zing Coach to continue to develop revolutionary new features for its market-leading AI-powered fitness app, expand its workforce, and enter new markets.
Latham represented Zubr Capital in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by New York partner Eli Curi and London partner Olga Ponomarenko, with associates Alex Bernstein and Tess Winston.
