Latham & Watkins Advises Priority Power in Acquisition by I Squared Capital

Multidisciplinary team represents the Texas-based energy management services provider in the transaction.

I Squared Capital (I Squared), a global infrastructure investment manager, announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Priority Power Management, LLC. (Priority Power), one of the largest independent providers of turnkey energy management services for commercial and industrial customers across more than 40 US states. I Squared’s Global Infrastructure Fund III will acquire Priority Power from Ara Partners, Oaktree Capital Management, L.P., and certain other shareholders.
