Origis Energy, a renewable energy and decarbonization solution platform, has announced the close of US$71 million in tax equity financing with U.S. Bancorp Impact Finance for Rice Creek Solar Project in Florida.
Latham & Watkins LLP advised Origis Energy in the transaction with a team led by New York partner Kelly Cataldo and Houston partner Jim Cole. Project development and finance advice was provided by Los Angeles counsel Stephen Yeh, with associate Julia Gabriel. Advice on tax matters was provided by associate Michael Syku.
