Latham & Watkins Advises Power Sustainable and Potentia Renewables on Investment in Desert Quartzite Solar + Storage Project
Power Sustainable Energy Infrastructure Inc. (PSEI), the renewable energy infrastructure investment group of Power Sustainable, has announced the closing of a strategic 50% investment in the Desert Quartzite project, a 300 MW solar generation and a 150 MW battery energy storage facility currently under development by EDF Renewables North America in Riverside County, California. The investment was executed with Potentia Renewables Inc, PSEI’s integrated renewable energy developer and operator.
