Latham & Watkins Advises CS Logistics Holdings Ltd. on Sale of Cargo Services Group to DP World

Latham & Watkins advised CS Logistics Holdings Ltd. on its agreement with DP World Logistics FZE, a leading logistics service provider headquartered in the UAE, to sell CS Logistics’ 100% equity stake in Cargo Services Seafreight Limited, a global supply chain provider headquartered in Hong Kong. The transaction also involves the indirect acquisition of a majority stake in CN Logistics International Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The acquisition of Cargo Services group by DP World is of important strategic value to DP World in bolstering its logistics capabilities and enhancing its service offerings in Asia.
