Latham & Watkins Advises on Atlas Energy Solutions Inc.’s Upsized Public Equity Offering

Atlas Energy Solutions Inc. (NYSE: AESI) (the Company) has announced the pricing of its previously announced upsized underwritten public offering of 11,500,000 shares of its common stock (the Offering) at a price to the public of US$44.50 per share. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,725,000 shares of its common stock. The Offering is expected to close on February 3, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
