Latham & Watkins Advises on Vermilion Energy’s Senior Notes Offering
Vermilion Energy Inc. (Vermilion or the Company) (TSX: VET) (NYSE: VET) has announced the pricing of its previously announced private offering of US$400 million aggregate principal amount of 7.250% senior notes due 2033 (the Notes). The Notes will mature on February 15, 2033. The offering of the Notes is expected to close on or about February 11, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
Latham & Watkins LLP represents the initial purchasers in the offering with an Austin-based team led by partners David Miller, Mollie Duckworth, and Michael Chambers, with associates Sarah Rodrigue, Tristan Schmoor, Carol Bale, and Samantha Cioppa. Advice was also provided on tax matters by Houston partner Jim Cole, with associate Dylan White; and on environmental matters by Los Angeles/Houston partner Joshua Marnitz, with associate Nolan Fargo.
