Latham Advises Astorg Portfolio Company IQ-EQ on Acquisition of Agama Group

Latham & Watkins has advised IQ-EQ, an Astorg portfolio company, on the acquisition of Agama Group, a market-leading independent regulatory compliance firm based in France and Luxembourg.

This transaction gives IQ-EQ its first regulatory compliance presence in the region and marks a significant milestone in its longer-term strategy to establish the Group as a regulatory compliance leader in continental Europe as well as the UK, US, and Asia.

The Latham team was led by Paris corporate partner Alexander Crosthwaite, with associates Louise Gurly and Nicolas Lacour.
