Latham & Watkins Advises ONEOK, Inc. in Joint Venture With MPLX
ONEOK, Inc. (OKE) and MPLX LP (MPLX) have agreed to form two joint ventures between an affiliate of OKE and an affiliate of MPLX (the Parties), whereby the Parties intend to invest approximately US$1.75 billion to construct and operate (i) a large-scale 400,000-barrel per day export terminal facility (the Export Terminal) for liquified petroleum gas (LPGs) in Texas City, Texas and (ii) a 24 inch pipeline from Mont Belvieu, Texas to Texas City, Texas to deliver LPGs to the Export Terminal.
