Latham & Watkins Advises TransMontaigne Partners in Upsized US$500 Million Senior Unsecured Notes Offering

A Texas-based team advises the energy infrastructure company in its strategic financing initiative.

TransMontaigne Partners LLC has announced that it has priced its upsized offering of US$500 million aggregate principal amount of 8.500% senior unsecured notes due 2030 (the Notes) at an issue price of 100%. The Notes offering is expected to close on February 21, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
