Latham & Watkins Represents Life Time in US$699.2 Million Secondary Offering

Life Time Group Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: LTH) has announced the pricing of the previously announced underwritten secondary offering of 23 million shares of the company's common stock by certain selling stockholders, resulting in total gross proceeds of US$699.2 million before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions. The offering is expected to close on March 3, 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
