Latham Advises DHL Group on the Acquisition of CRYOPDP

Latham & Watkins had advised DHL Group, the world's leading logistics provider, on its acquisition of CRYOPDP, a leading specialty courier focused on clinical trials, biopharma, and cell and gene therapies, from Cryoport, a global provider of supply chain solutions for the life sciences sector.

In conjunction with this acquisition, DHL and Cryoport also announced a strategic partnership to strengthen their supply chain service offerings for the global life sciences and healthcare sector.

The transaction and the outlined partnership are subject to regulatory approvals.
