Latham & Watkins Advises Hg on Its Partnership With Scopevisio

German private equity team supports leading software investor Hg in the transaction.

Latham & Watkins LLP has advised Hg, a leading investor in European and transatlantic software and services businesses, on its partnership with Scopevisio AG. Scopevisio is a leading innovator in cloud-based business automation.

The transaction will see Hg partner with Dr. Jörg Haas, Scopevisio’s CEO and founder as joint shareholders in the business going forward. The goal is to expand Scopevisio’s presence in the DACH region.

Latham & Watkins regularly advises Hg on transactions, most recently on the sale of F24, a leading European software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider for business resilience solutions.
